Spanner Monkeys are: Son Gareth & race engineer Will (who has built his own Sprint car for 2008!).

‘The Boss’ - wife Vanessa—who makes sure everything runs ok (shopping done, parts ordered etc) Just don’t ask her to feed you (tho’ she will tell you where the cups, coffee etc are!)

The Designer—daughter Carla’s contribution is mostly artistic—logo / website design etc, but even she’s adopted a hands on approach (wielding a spray can or spanner) to ensure the car is ready on time.
